Food tastes better with friends - Cheesy Eggs

Hey everyone, good to see you back here for the new recipe! Today we're making croissants! No, just kidding, this is cheese egg. It is also a really easy dish which doesn't take much time either! So come on and take a closer look! ;)

I learned this dish from one of my best friend about one year ago, I stayed over at his place, and he woke me up with this very decent and delicious breakfast! It was served as breakfast by then, but this dish is actually suitable for anytime! Breakfast, lunch, dinner or whenever you feel hungry! :)

Time requirement
Difficulty

This dish actually doesn't worth even one star on either time requirement or difficulty, but I just can't manage to find a half star to put it there! lol

Anyway, here's what you need.
1. Oil or butter
2. Eggs
3. Cheese
4. Salt and pepper

I used 3 eggs for 2 people, but of course you can out more or less, you are the chef!

So here's how you make it.
Step 1
Preheat the pan before you start cooking.

It's quite important to preheat your pan before you cook everything, don't laugh, this is a blog for beginners! :)

Step 2
Put some oil or butter on the preheated pan and wait till it's hot.
Preheating the oil is as important as preheating the pan. :)
When it is ready, turn the fire a bit lower, this is the key of this dish, you don't want to burn it, don't you?

Step 3
Put the eggs in.
Don't forget to whip your eggs beforehand!
And then just continue cooking with medium fire.

Step 4
Put the cheese in.
When the egg white starts to get from transparent to white, but the egg yolk is still uncooked, put the cheese in, so the cheese can melt in and be cooked together with the egg yolk.

Keep on with the medium fire, and soon you'll see it done.
Now just put on some pepper and salt, then it's pretty much done! ;)

Step 5
Fold it into half and cut it into pieces.

In the end you can put more pepper on the top, not only that makes it more tasty, but looks better too! ;)

Enjoy and invite your friends for your next meal! ;)
