Well, it's kind of hard to come up with an English name for this dish, because there ain't one! So I think I'll just make a name for that, and I'll just call it Taiwanese BBQ Sticky Noodle!
So first let me give you guys a concept for this dish.

To be honest, this dish is nice and easy, suitable for those who has no much time, also beginners too!
I make this when I'm feeling lazy or really hungry that I don't even want to wait for cooking. lol
Okay, anyway, let's take a look of what we need for this delicious Taiwanese dish! ;)
You'll need four sauce, and yes, they are all from Taiwan.
Of course you can use other sauces instead, but I have to tell you, they taste quite different! (That's why I use only Taiwan sauce!)
So here's what you need, I believe you can find all these in Woolworth and Asians store.
Start from the right.
1. KIKKOMAN Soy Sauce
2. Kong Yen Black Vinegar
3. Sesame Oil
4. Bull Head Barbecue Sauce
The barbecue sauce is really important, because that's the whole point of this dish, you can't make it without it. Therefore, you have to get this one, no other brand, since every country uses their own recipe for this.
Since this kind of barbecue sauce is only in Taiwan, so let me give you all a brief concept.
There are many countries using barbecue sauce, but it's not what you think it is if you come from an English speaking country. This is an absolute Asian kinda stuff.
In Taiwan we made it from flatfishes and shrimps, and that's what giving it the strong taste.
And for the noodle, you have variety of choices, but I strongly recommend this one from Taiwan. It looks nothing like others than just some ordinary noodle, but after you boiled it, it'll become really sticky. and one thing you have to be careful about this noodle is that, it is so easy to cook, it'll take only less than 3 minutes to make it done, and also it absorb water really fast!
Yeah... no, I'm just kidding. I actually got this egg from the Farmers Market in University of Canberra.
It's fresh and healthy!
So here's the steps, pretty easy.
Step 1.
Prepare you sauce.
1. Cut your garlic into really small pieces, and cut some green onions.
2. Put them into a bowl that you're going to eat with later.
3. Add those four sauces in. The amount should be: black vinegar > soy sauce > BBQ sauce > sesame oil.
Step 2.
Boil the noodle and the egg.
1. The noodle will be ready in less than 3 minutes, so keep an eye on that.
2. Crack an egg in when the noodle is really and the water is boiling.
Step 3.
Mix it!
After the noodle and the egg is ready, put them in the bowl but not the water.
Next, mix it well and enjoy your delicious meal!
Well... maybe it looks pretty normal to you, but I promise, if you're not a Taiwanese, this is something that you've never taste before! And it's unbelievable awesome! ;)
